Squad
then Organization same with bad Guys
Ships would be by size
Small,Medium, and large etc.

Facing off against Star Wars with Trek is overkill for Trek,one if I used our most powerful weapons for A fleet here it is used in this format:
Flagship:1 Eclipse Class Star Dreadnought
Flagship Support:3 Sovereign Class Super Star Destroyers
Main Bulk:Executor Class Super Star Destroyer
Frigates:Imperial Class Star Destroyer
Bomber craft: Schmitar Bombers
Attack Craft:Tie Defender
Interceptor/Fighter:Tie Phantom
etc for others.
